SUMMER TRAINING DAYS

E.S.SKI A. has developed a programme of summer training days on artificial slopes.
They are a useful part of the continuous programme for those who have attended Squad Trainings on snow, a chance to work again with E.S.SKI A.'s coaches and to meet friends.
They are also intended as the base layer of E.S.SKI A's development programme and are open to all those who can already ski, although there is a minimum age.
The emphasis of the training days is on enjoyment and technique, with some pole training. |
The days are open to pupils in member and non-member schools.. |

WINTER TRAINING WEEKEND
There will be a Winter Training Weekend for members of the 2010 Team and Squads, which will take place on
16/17 January at Hemel Hempstead.
Details will be sent to those who accept their Squad invitations.
